Indeed-
they worked for the Mk1 Jag E- type,
so you'd think they'd be at least adequate
for a car that weighs only 2/3 as much...

Of course, like all sane racers, I'm sure you only race
with fresh fluid.  It appalls me that the AVERAGE age of 
brake fluid in street cars is 4 years...

One of the differences with racing, too, is that 
you have a  LOT of airflow if you do it right.
And most of road courses have a nice long 
straight to get the heat soak down on calipers.
So sometimes brakes that work fine on the track
crap out on the way back down on the 'going to the sun' road...
