Battery Charger Recommendations.

Hey Everyone,
        I am looking to get a new battery charger and I am looking for
recommendations on a good one.  I need to be able to charge motorcycle batt,
deep cell batt, gel cell batt, sealed batt, regular car batt....  I would
like one charger to intelligently do all that.  
        I am having a brain-fart, a fully charged car batt should read
what?? I want to think that its 13.5V??
