Back in college (yeah we studied dinosaur 101) I could not afford a
professional paint job, so I sanded and prepared the car myself. I found a
garage
and used KRYLON spray cans to do a bob-sharp, red-white and blue paint scheme.
Looked great and I got a lot of thumbs up and it only took about 10 cans at
$2.50 each (back them) to paint the entire car.
Just another suggestion.
