Anyone not like Miata seats?

I'm thinking about putting Miata seats in my 1970 2000.  For anyone who has 
done the conversion, does anyone not like it?  Anyone who wishes they hadn't 
done it?  Also, will all Miata years work?  I'm looking at either a set of 
1996 or 1999 seats.  And is it hard to do?
