Glen: You didn't mention how fast you were going. If you're doing 150, then that's only a 10% deviation, lol. Tire size impacts speedometer readings. Maybe your tires are tall, or maybe your speedo needle was removed and replaced in the wrong position on the spindle. You may also want to check the condition of the speedo cable gears, might be some slippage due to wear. Check connections at trans and indicator gauge to make sure they are secure. Hope this helps |
