The gifts handed out at SEROC's Road Atlanta gathering may have added up
to $50 (Dean, sorry if they actually were more). In the past Dean has sent
items for OROC's big gathering at MidOhio also. Those too were donated, but
again, were not all that expensive BUT, they were much appreciated by the
clubs and their members.
. Several other vendors have also donated gifts in the past. And hopefully
all of them will continue the practice in the future.

And just to add something important!
The MidOhio Vintage Grand Prix will be the weekend of June 24 -26th. OROC
may have been quiet lately, but hopefully that won't last long. There WILL
be a DATSUN corral at MidOhio again this year. Sure would be great to see
more roadster there this year. Come to see the races. Come to see the
cars. Come for the parade laps (Just make sure you tighten your seat belt
before getting on the track!) Come to meet fellow Datsun fanatics and swap
stories. If you come hungry, stop at the K Family's in the infield for
breakfast or lunch. If you are in need of some Datsun mugs or t-shirts,
stop by Motoring 'Xtras and say Hello to Ted. He carries lots of goodies
and is a friend to roadster owners!
But mostly, show up!
