My hood has a few spots that seem soft. The metal pushes in with very little
effort. I can easily push it back to the right shape, but am curious if
anyone has tried reinforcing to make it stronger. I am having the body fixed
before painting right now, and am worried that a new pain job might crack
under this kind of stress. We were talking about putting something on the
under side, bonded or welded in place. Does anyone else find that the metal
is too thin?
