I took mine to a local shop. They found a fitting with the same size tubing.
It was cut, swedged, and the old fitting silver soldered in place. The only
difference is a slight bulge in the tube where it was swedged. I had both the
dizzy hose and the oil pressure hose on my U20 done for under $50.

What are some of the replacement options for this part
(pricing/availability)? I understand one vendor has this part available
for over $100. I am looking for alternatives. Does Nissan still have
the part? If I can find a source for a the fitting that connects to the
hard line, I can have a new one made for ~$20-$30 or a Teflon tube (with
braided stainless cover) for $30-$40.
