I've also found that if you have a rachet box wrench you can get to the
bolts by undoing the hinges one at a time and removing the bolt in front of
the hinge- this will save you the hassle of dropping the door on the floor
and bending the back bottom corner when the last bolt comes loose...voice of
experience here ;-)
