KA and SR swappers computer hookup

My KA24DE engine swap has reached the point of hooking up the computer.  I
have all the sensors connected and am now ready to power the computer.  It
appears that there are two power wires.  An orange one and a black/red one.
There are also a few ground wires.  Is it as simple as hooking those two wires
to the fuse box or do I need to install the EECS relay and others?
