Hey list...

As some of you know I am underway in restoring 2L car # 428.  I just got the
frame and suspension parts back from the powder coater(WOW!) and was wondering
if anyone can help me with how tight the upper and lower A arms should be.
Should they be loose,tight,snug how do I tell?

 I just can't remember from the last time I had to do it?
