EMPI lug nuts

Anybody out there have a lead to finding lug nuts for EMPI wheels with a mag
wheel type of bolt hole?  Standard mag wheels take a .675" diameter shaft to
go throught the mag, and a 1" washer.  Neither of which fit on my Empi's.  I
need .625" diameter shafts and about a 7/8" washer.   I have heard of some
people custom making lug nuts to fit, which is where I'll be heading soon, but
I thought I try this resource first.
