Hi Steve,
I have a suggestion for 1.
Use some closed cell foam pads (impervious to fluid), say 10mm(3/8") thick
instead of the porous horsehair type pads.
The foam will insulate the chassis and body without causing a potential rust
spot.
Can't help with 2 & 3.

List,
A few questions:
1. What material and thickness can I use to replace the horse hair
between frame and body?
2. Anyone know the weight of the frame less engine?
3. Anyone have a windshield gasket for sale?
Thanks
Steve Harvey
