Mike Young discovered that at least on the 1500's, which used
cast iron heads, that there were no valve seats inserts, rather
the seats were simply ground into the head. With unleaded fuel,
this led to seat recession and the need to have the iron head
machined and inserts added.
The aluminum heads already have seat inserts. It is likely that
these inserts will withstand the absence of lead. In the event
that they don't, you'll know by the valves constantly becoming
'tight' (too little clearance). Unless/until you notice such a
situation, I wouldn't worry.
