Matt, sometimes it's not the fault of the key cylinder. The rear of the
cylinder has a prong that engages a slot in a metal bar that's attached to
the interior door handle. If the geometry isn't right then the door doesn't
lock. Take the inside door panel off check all the moving parts. Getting the
interior handles off can be a problem until you've done it a few times (try
a small flat screwdriver with a bent tip to catch the U-shaped pin holding
the handle in place). As I said, it might not be the key cylinder and it
might be another part that's messed up. Or you might get lucky and find it's
just misaligned (that was the case on my '66).
