You will also need to change the valve springs as they are very very
light in forklifts, with a redline around 4k.
The Intake manifold on the h20 is for a downdraft carb, so bolting an
aircleaner into the carb is the issue. some of the van manifolds have
the intake manifold that bends down very low and thus can be used with a
downdraft carb under the roadster bonnet with a small profile sports air
cleaner
.
The best combination is a h20 with a 1500 head (G15) and carbs/ as this
raises the compression and gives you a lively little engine.
i had a h20 in my roadster for years, before the CA18DE, and it was great.
