antennas

I've always liked the look of the rear-mounted antennas on many of the 
Modesto roadsters. If I remember correctly, they are mounted to a plate 
that comes off of the frame where the back-up lights mount.

I assume these are for cb radios. Are there any antennas like this that 
will work for fm?

A little orange flag on the top would make it look like the bicycle I 
had as a kid ;^)

Any info on the mounting plates and antennas would be greatly 
appreciated.
