Try a bicycle shop. They stock brake cable housing in rolls, just let them
know how many feet you need. They are plastc/teflon lined for lower
friction.  They will also have 2.2 mm inner cable as well w/ the barrel
ends.  Failing that, maybe a motorcycle shop?
