Always get a police report, if not its he said she said. no proof. 
Insurance co says wheres the report??
no proof. always get an officer on the scene, its thier job, then if you 
decide not to do anything you.
always have proof  it was  his fault, not yours when he tries to sue a 
year later for an imaginary
injury. in this age of lawyers CYA!!!
