Whine

Thanks to all who responded on my whine problem.  I found my original 
service receipt and will go by on monday to try and have them Redo it.  
What are the things(terminology) that I should be sure to mention so 
that they can set it right?

P.s Don't worry San diego roadsters If the work can't get done before
