Fair value opinions please.

My neighbor would like to sell me his 67.5 (high windshield) 1600 roadster. 
The car has been refreshed, but not a body off restoration. We are in 
Massachusetts, but the car was imported here from Arizona about three years 
ago, so 
rust is minimal. Reasonable people might disagree about the light blue paint 
job. 
It comes with numerous extras, including a 2000 motor.
