Being without any place to work on the cars right now I have nothing better
to do that invent problems, and sometimes solutions (I hope). Anyway, while
the oil filter placement on the L-motors and the U-20 aren't too bad I think
the orientation on both is the pits. On the L-motors you can move the filter
using any number of adapters designed for Fords or even a very nice machined
BRE piece if you're willing to shell out the $$$. Are there reasonably
priced remote adapters available for the U-20 and maybe the R-16, too?
