Rear Disk Brake Conversion

Hi all, I'm sure this subject has been talked about before, I ran across
this site last night - http://wwww.nitrophotos.com/reardisk.html - It's
a rear disk brake conversion for a 240Z but would a setup like that work
on our roadsters? I know the Z's have the IRS if that makes a
difference? Just thought I'd see what anyone thinks. Thanks.
