Hello Roadster fans,
I've been receiving emails from this list for almost a year now and have been
doing a bad job of letting you all know who I am. I own a 1996 2000 which has
been under construction for a little over a year now. When we started the
project I let you all know and sent you a link with pictures and since then
I've not let you know where we are. My hope was to have the car finished by
the Solvang show as I only live 30 min's away but you know Murphy's law. Well
its still under construction and need some help. Does anyone have any good
leads for an experienced roadster chrome shop? I plan to re-chrome all the
original parts on the car instead of trying to find NOS parts, is that a good
Idea?
I cant say enough about this list as you all are a very helpful group of folks
and I'm looking forward to meeting some of you this weekend! My car is not
going to make it but I plan to go get Ideas form all your cars to make sure I
put out a good finished product. Also, being that I live so close to Solvang
if anyone needs any help with anything I'd be glad to help out. Here is an
