Could be anything. I discovered a loose part on my engine that was creating my rattle. Check to make sure everything is snug before ripping into your engine . . . or worrying. Check the heatshield as that can buzz or anything too close to it. Check your fan pulley too as I loosened mine and forgot to tighten it up with a wrench and I thought it was a death signal from my waterpump or worse.
