Stoker 1600

I love it when machine shops ask me what the cut is....

Stroking a 1600 with an H20 crank and U20 rods/pistons.

Head is stock measurment.

Does the block and/or head have to be milled to anything specific?

While I am here, when rebuilding a 1600 head, what is reusable and what has to 
be replaced?
