Does anyone have a ka24de

I'm looking to do the KA24DE swap and am looking for a kit to do it
with.  Ross has sold the last of his kits... Does anyone have one of
them that they'd be will to part with?  Alternatively, could anyone send
me pictures next to a tape measure and compass so that I could get
someone here to fabricate one for me.
