The three piece Nismo sway bar does exist! Nismo wasn't even aware that
it was three pieces though. Turns out the bar is 22.2mm all the way out
to the ends except of course where it's diameter comes down to fit the
bushing that goes into the A arm. Instead of the thick part of the bar
being turned down to the smaller diameter, the new bar is cut, counter
bored, and then smaller diameter stock is inserted into the bored ends -
thus three pieces.
