Allen,
I can answer number 1 because I accidentally started my U20 without a dipstick
in
it the other night. You can't leave that hole open. Even if you have to go
get a
dipstick kit and cut it off short, put something in that hole. You would not
believe how much oil that engine can blow out of that hole.
