Great article in the November 2002 issue of Practical Classics, a highly
repected British magazine. The article is called "Turning Japanese" (which
to those of you in the "know" means more than just what the article is about
and nothing to do about cars :)

The article chronicles the history of Datsun and is quite well written and
no bias of any sort against Datsun even though it was written by a Brit.

The Roadster is well represented and its history is discussed as well as
finally telling the truth that Datsun did not copy the "B" and in fact
mentions that the Roadster came out BEFORE the B - but we all knew that. It
also briefly mentioned a race result in which the Roadster trumped a
Triumph!!!!!

Alan Bent is also featured with a separate sidebar and several pictures of
his Datsun collection including his former (?) Silvia and a picture of him
dressed as Santa sitting in his red 66 Roadster.

This magazine is a must have for all us Datsun freaks.

Zs, 510s and other Datsuns get "rave" reviews also.
