The A cam is 256 degrees duration and .44" valve lift
The B cam is 280 degrees duration and .46" valve lift.
The solex 2 cam as I remember was 296 degrees and .475" valve lift.
The A and B cams are single pattern and the overlap is split evenly.  A
has 36 degrees overlap, B has 60.  Judging from that, the Solex 2 should
have 76 degrees overlap.  I'm sure that someone else can confirm all of
that.

the actual specs on this cam?  I would like to know the lift, duration,
overlap, etc...  Does anyone know the specs for the B-Cam?  The 255 cam

much improvement over the B-Cam as the B-Cam is over the A-Cam
