Tim and all,
I was wondering the same thing. Are they adjusting bolts of some type? Was
it SOP to have both sides of the frame set up for RHD or LHD dependig on
where it was going?

I, too, was scrubbing frame this weekend. My mystery question would be what
are the bolts coming out of the front of the mounting block for the steering
box and idler box???
