door hinges (69 1600)

The lower hinge on the driver's door is busted - just wondering if
anyone can tell me how "good" the metal is where the bolts go into the
body -  I twisted the threaded portion right out of the body trying to
get the front quarterpanel off and I'd like to know if I need to take
extra precautions to prevent that while getting the hinge replaced - 

 

Oh, and does anyone have a hinge?
