1600 timing

Greetings list!  I am going out to help a fellow Roadster guy on his
1600 tomorrow.  Unfortunately I do not have my manual with me, and I
need the following info, as I do not know 1600s that well:
Initial Timing (for non-smog motor)
Dwell (or point gap)
