I thought the equation for HP was:
Small Stickers=1/2 hp per sticker
Large Stickers=1 to 5 hp (depends on manufacturer)
Racing stripes=10 HP
Flames= At least 20+

I don't know about where you are located, but here in the southeast, to make
the 25HP add effective you also have to have a few Vtec stickers on the
car.....
