Before going through all the trouble of diagnosing buttons, relays & such
didja take the time to put straight 12v to the horn itself to see if it's
alive ? Just run a wire from th battery - <G> have the neighbor kid hold it
and don't tell him what you're doing, just in case it works <G>
Sometimes horns respond well to a quick blow w/ a heavy object if they don't
sound - could be usefull if you get a whiney little noise outta it.
