Greetings all... haven't been on the list in a while. Did the list suffer
a meltdown at some point? I had to resubscribe.

I'm replacing my head gasket on my U20 and noticed that my camshaft is badly
pitted on the rear 3 lobes. We're talking some pretty deep gouges. Are
there any miracles that machine shops can work or is it time to cough up the
dough for a new one? Anyone out there who has tried the "B" cam with SU's,
I'd be interested in your feedback. Anyone out there with a camshaft in
good shape, respond to me off list... Also, must you replace the rockers
when you replace the cam?

Thanks,

Ken Pearce
Bellingham, WA 68-2000

PS, anyone interested, I have some spare parts that I'd love to turn into
cash (or a camshaft). All are for a 68-2000.

Hood - fair to good cond. needs dipping and painting
Trunk lid - " "
Pair of used SU's
Radiator
Wiper motor
Heater core
Pair of Headlight scoops
Glovebox door
