Thanks to everyone who responded!  I talked to the owner of the company tonight,
and he indicated that he could reinforce the rears and make them streetable 
fairly
easily.  The fronts are another story because of the headlights.  However, he 
does
have flares that can be grafted on to stock fenders.  Overall, he sounded very
flexible and willing to work with me on them.  Seems like a nice guy.  I may
consider metal flares as well, but I like the idea of the flares being made from
molds so they are the same.  It took me years to get the flares right on my 67
2000.  The PO had done some crazy stuff to it and they varied in width by almost
an inch!  Idiot.  Thanks again.  I will keep you posted...
