Those wheels (and car) belong to Barrie Strachan.
I believe they were the standard "basket" wheel that Barrie
hand polished and then custom made those "spinners" or "knock offs"
that cover the lug nuts. They are beautiful and one-of-a-kind.
As is the car... 66 1600 with a 2000 motor and 5 speed, lowered,
custom wood dash, power antena on the back... and if you look
real close... you will see that the wing windows are gone as is
the ridge in the center of the trunk line...
A beautiful car and always a crowd pleaser.
