Thom Wolfe Wrote - OK, here's another newbie question; what's Solvang?
It's an annual phenomonum when a flock of 50 or so roadsters from
California, Arizona and Nevada descend upon a quiet Central California
tourist town. No one can explain why these Datsuns congregate there. It
might be the waters from the Nojoqui Falls. It has been observed that they
display their spring plumage and also take spirited drives to Jalama Beach
State Park while the BBQ is cooking.
We are waiting for the registration forms to be posted. BADROC is hosting
this year. Fred Katz is in the "Hot Seat". I'm sure he knows he'll have are
support if he needs assistance.
For me, Shasta is just too far. Solvang and Doheney (Or whatever it's called
now) is my annual habit..
