Was HELP! Now Unconventional Solution

Thank You John, Edgar, Gordon, Dave, Brian and Adam. The plug is still in. I
guess it will stay there untill I change the Z 4 speed for the Z 5 speed.
Heat didn't work. I ruined 2 17 mm wrenches on that G*D D*M plug.

I noticed that the reverse switch was at the same level as the fill plug. OK
Now, It has gear oil again!
