Yes, the 2L oil pump will bolt right in.
Not a bad deal for a race engine, which typically run higher
clearance's.
If you are running a stock motor, you really don't need the
extra volume as it will just take more power to turn the
pump (excessive volume will be shunted back out the pressure
regulator).
CAUTION - There is a oil pump gasket that has an offset hole.
When installed incorrectly... no oil flow! YIKES. Later
gaskets have more of an oval so they can not be misinstalled.
