All,
Remember a while back when I was pissing and moaning about the lack of
coverage of roadsters and Zs on the Hemmings Road Show coverage of the West
Coast Z nationals? Well, tonight they had another show on speed vision and
it was a totally different story.
They devoted quite a lot of time to the Zs, and had a great piece with John
Morton talking about racing Zs. They had a nice segment where they described
the difference in the Z models.
Oh yeah, there is a three second shot of me driving my 64 1500 down the
street, then a shot of Craig Carter's 70 2000 and also a good shot of Edgar
Gonzalez's 60 SPL212.
They used those 10 seconds or so while they were showing the roadsters to
describe Nissan's desire to build a car to replace the "quaint but
performance lacking cars of the 60s".
Oh well, at least we got some coverage.
