I'm pretty sure there are many, many more than 5 convertible 2nd gen Z cars
out there. It's a fairly popular conversion, and with hundreds of
thousands of Z cars out there the number of convertible conversions adds
up. The first generation Z car convertible conversions are gorgeous, but
I've been told by many that they twist like a slinky on even moderate
driving--even with lots of structural bracing added between the rear strut
towers. The roof is an integral part of the structure of both 1st and 2nd
generation Z cars.
