Roadster Racer R. Hailey??

Recently I saw some pics from VIR in 1973 - 74 of a silver FP 1600 roadster
driven (as per the name on the car) by R. Hailey.  The car was #37 in an
Oct. 1973 pic, and # 39 (taped up the "7") in an Aug. 1974 one.
Does anyone know of the person or the car?  If so it should be added to Bob
Beddington's Datsun site http://www.datsun.org/fairlady/
