Well after successfully bleeding the brakes, despite a couple of stuck
bleeders, all is well with the brakes . Now have a firm clutch and brake
pedals.
So while tire was off in order to better get to the left front stuck
bleeder, it became evident that it is time to lube all of the fittings.
And people say brake fluid is nasty---that grease makes a nice little
mess. Let's just say that in trying to help clean off the old grease I
changed gloves more often then a transplant surgeon..Is scraping off the
old stuff the preferred method or are there any "degreasers" to use
first ?.Now that it is kind of cleaned up, what is the best grease to
use?
