Adjusting SUs on 1600s is different. I am able to get everything to spec but
the engine just won't idle smoothly at 600 RPMs. It will run smoothly at
about 850 w/o shaking the car.

I readjusted my 2L carbs today and now I have a steady idle at about 800
RPMs and the engine is smooth. Boy, the 2L linkage makes it a snap to adjust
the high RPM area.

Also has a 2" exhaust I had put on the car today and the guys who did it
were great and went the extra mile to do it right. My car runs much stronger
and now sounds like a car as opposed to my 22 YO stock exhaust which snaked
down to about 1.25" pipes and went putt putt. I've got a baby turbo on it
and it's loud but not obnoxious IMHO but I'm sure others would disagree :)

Now let's go scare little ol ladies!!!!!!!!!

Mike
