New help with Torque spec's

Can't find my tech book, so I was wondering if someone in the group have the 
specs on the torque settings for rebuilding a G series motor (1500) Need 
settings for everything, from main and rod bearings, to head, and also Valve 
settings, spark plug gaps, timing.

Would appreciate the help so I can get this back on the road.
