I think 2 1/8 is the piston diameter, isn't it? As long as all those match,
you're on the right track.

Subject: Front Brake Cylinder Question
Hello,
Do the numbers on the front brake cylinders mean anything? Mine don't match
and
I'm wondering if I need to worry about it or not? Here's what I have:
Drivers outside cylinder - 52 and HP 83 and 2 1/8
Drivers inside cylinder - 43 and HP 53 and 2 1/8
Passenger outside cylinder - 43 and HP 63 and 2 1/8
Passenger inside cylinder - 43 and HP 73 and 2 1/8
Thanks,
Robert
