Marko,
What kinda carbs & cam are you running? 12 degrees is retarded and should be
advanced to 16 degrees to get 32- 36 degrees at full advance.
Oil on plugs could be from a variety of sources, bad seals, no crankcase
ventilation, rings etc. Do a compression test.
